Kohler K-Series 10-16hp Gov2 Camshaft

Description

Gov2 camshaft for the Kohler K-series 10-16hp is a hard face overlay welded up and reground cam. This cam is ground with the stock oem lift of .325 and has an increased duration of 238 degrees at @.050 lift. Cam is ground on a 105 lobe separation and had been advanced 2 degrees.

This is a great upgrade for the governor pulling classes or engines that need a little boost in power. It has a real mild cam sound and will work with the OEM Kohler lifters. We recommend our upgraded spring set that can be added by clicking on the check box.

We do require a core for this. Most times we will have camshafts ground and in stock. Once the cam is purchased, the buyer will be responsible to send us a good core. A good core is defined as no chipped or broken gear teeth and a good points lobe. Once we inspect the core we will ship out a reground cam. If the core is found to not be an acceptable core we will regrind the core that is sent in and that is what the buyer will get back.
