Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Depending on order load and parts being out of stock, this may take longer.
  • If we are out of a part, we will contact you at the email or phone number you provided when placing the order.
  • Orders will be processed in the order they were received. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Flat rate shipping:

$0-$50 shipping is $10

$51-$100 shipping is $13

$101-$150 shipping is $15

$151-$250 shipping is $20

$251-$450 shipping is $24

$451-$700 shipping is $28

$701 and up,  shipping is $32

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to have the package reshipped.

🌍 International Shipping via Geodis

At this time, we do not ship directly outside the United States. However, many of our international customers successfully receive their orders using Geodis, a trusted third-party freight forwarding service.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Create a Geodis account or contact your local Geodis office to set up a forwarding service.

  2. Geodis will provide you with a U.S. shipping address (usually one of their warehouse locations).

  3. When placing your order on our website, enter that Geodis address as your shipping address at checkout.

  4. Once your package arrives at Geodis, they’ll handle the international shipping, customs paperwork, and delivery to your country.

Please note:

  • Geodis is an independent service and handles all international forwarding, duties, and fees directly with you.

  • We are not responsible for delays, customs issues, or lost packages once your order has been delivered to Geodis’s U.S. facility.

  • If you need help locating your nearest Geodis office, visit www.geodis.com.

This method has worked very well for our international customers who want to receive our products quickly and reliably!

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

Liability Disclaimer

By placing an order on our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Accept responsibility for any delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or failure to retrieve packages.
  • Acknowledge that our responsibility ends once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.
