Refund and Returns Policy

Refund & Return Guidlines

Return privileges expire 14 days from date of shipment. No refunds will be credited after the 14 days. There will be a 25% restocking charge on all unused items (items need to be new, uninstalled, and unopened). No merchandise will be accepted without authorization number and invoice copy or invoice number. Shipping and handling with not be credited back. Produces will be inspected for defect per our discretion and refund will be determined after inspection. No returns on electrical parts. Electrical parts are sent out new and in working order.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Please email us for information about acquiring a RA Number.

All original equipment, components, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Performance Machine & Design, and any of it’s subsidiaries to process your RA Number. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Performance Machine & Design, or any of it’s subsidiaries discretion. Products must be returned within the time periods specified. Used or physically damaged items cannot be returned.

You should be certain that the item you are purchasing will fit your needs. Ensure that the dimensions, aesthetics and utility of the product is what you need before placing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.
