Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Depending on order load and parts being out of stock, this may take longer.
  • If we are out of a part, we will contact you at the email or phone number you provided when placing the order.
  • Orders will be processed in the order they were received. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Flat rate shipping:

$0-$50 shipping is $10

$51-$100 shipping is $13

$101-$150 shipping is $15

$151-$250 shipping is $20

$251-$450 shipping is $24

$451-$700 shipping is $28

$701 and up,  shipping is $32

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to have the package reshipped.

🌍 International Shipping via Stackry

At this time, we do not ship internationally directly.

Customers outside of the United States are welcome to use a package forwarding service. We recommend:

How It Works

  1. Create a free Stackry account.
  2. Stackry will provide you with a U.S. shipping address.
  3. Place your order on our website using the U.S. address provided by Stackry.
  4. We will ship your order to the Stackry warehouse.
  5. Once your order arrives, Stackry will forward it to your international address and handle the customs and shipping process.

Important Information

  • We are only responsible for delivery to the U.S. address provided by Stackry.
  • The customer is responsible for all international shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and import requirements.
  • Any questions regarding international shipping, customs, forwarding fees, delivery times, or package forwarding should be directed to Stackry.
  • We cannot provide shipping quotes for international destinations.
  • We cannot assist with customs paperwork or forwarding arrangements.

Using a forwarding service allows customers from Canada, Europe, Australia, and many other countries to purchase our products while keeping the ordering process simple for everyone.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

Liability Disclaimer

By placing an order on our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Accept responsibility for any delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or failure to retrieve packages.
